Breath, Voice and Body
The goal of Breath, Voice and Body is to become aware of our bodies while speaking or singing.
Simple exercises enable you to gain more energy, flexibility and vocal comfort. These exercises can be repeated and practiced at home as needed.
You will gain security in the use of your voice. This is a plus if you have to speak or sing publicly, or if you speak a lot in your work.

Breath, Voice and Body sessions are individual and last 45 minutes.
