Conditions

Registration

Registration must be in writing, either using the contact form, an email or a letter. You will receive a written confirmation and an invoice.

Payment

The complete amout shown in the invoice is to be paid within five working days after the receipt of the invoice.

Appointment Cancellation

In case I have to cancel an appointment, your money will be completely refunded. If the client cancels an appointment up to one week before the scheduled time, the money will be completely refunded. In cases where the client cancels on short notice (less than one week before the appointment) a cancellation fee of 20€ will be retained and the remaining money will be refunded. In cases where the client does not cancel the appointment and does not show up, there will be no refund.

Limitation of Liability

My individual sessions and seminars do not replace treatments by doctors or therapists. Clients must inform me before the session or seminar of any diagnosed illness and any prescribed medications. The client bears the responsibility for participating in my sessions and seminars. The client accepts the complete responsibility for his or her actions and what may follow from those actions.
